HP Medizintechnik GmbH offers central sterilisations especially developed for the mobile and temporary use. They have a modular concept and can be validated. Also operators in hospitals, whose central sterilisations are presently not available, can combine all modular components in containers or firm buildings to a stationary “ZSVA”.
The high-qualified equipments with through-type washer disinfectors and autarkic working steam sterilisers, together with efficient facilities to produce fully desalinated water and special packing concepts, have been well-approved in the use at cold as well as warm climate zones. Besides potable water also raw water containing a higher salt content and particulate material can be prepared.
To prove the quality of the cleaning and sterilisation, a process documentary system is applied. All parameters being relevant for the hygiene and reliability of the process are documented and recorded secure from manipulation.
Performance re-evaluation of the components is enabled by a validation concept for the mobile use and by a transportable measuring- and test equipment adjusted to the “CSSD”. This guarantees a permanent high quality on the instruments’ preparation.
There are detailed manuals for the assembly and disassembly as well as installation instructions available for all mobile sytems. Extensive training concepts guarantee the education of qualified personnel for technics and operation.
