Container-room module accommodated central sterilisation is dust-protected, heat-insulated and made for cold as well warm climatic zones. This design is suitable for large field military hospitals or temporarily established hospital areas.
Several surgical tables can be equipped with sterile products at the same time.
The air conditioning in the clean room produces a permanent over-pressure and is therewith sealing-off the unclean side, where all work on contaminated instruments is taking place.
The clean side is meant for the instrument caring, packing and sterilisation. It can only be entered through a personnel gate. A container docked on the clean area is set up with stainless steel cupboards for the long term storage of sterile products.
All required operating resources for machinery equipment are produced also here within the room module. Latest preparation facilities, up to four efficient sterilising units and innovative process engineering allow a high throughput in a professional working area.
The stand-alone container-room module has the outer measurements (LxW) 10.3 x 6.2 m.
Main topic on preparation is hygiene and quality. All processes like water preparation, cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation as well as the packing process are documented.
In one version for the German Army (Bundeswehr) all components, incl. the room module, are frost-proof as well as packed acc. to the military standards and stored in only two 20 feet-containers.
