Compact tent solutions with clean and unclean working areas allow a perfect hygienic preparation of medical products. Due to the modular components, the arrangements can be perfectly adjusted to the operation site.
As a result, due to their high flexibility and mobility, those systems are applicable not only for military users but also for the civil protection and for medical centres in areas difficult to support.
These tent systems can be equipped with up to two – dismountable for transport – efficient through-type thermal disinfectors and up to three steam sterilisers. Large working areas made of stainless steel are available for cleaning and caring as well as packing of the instruments. The required operating resources for the machinery equipment, like VE-water, clean steam and cooling water, is produced within the tent. Data recording is done via process documentation system.
Assembly and disassembly can be performed in short time. Even in case of missing infrastructure the units are quickly ready for operation. The complete equipment is stowed away for transport in solid aluminium boxes. These are stackable, air transportable and even suitable for ragged street transport as clamped load. The weight of one extension with two sterilising units is less than 2.975 kg, packed in 18 boxes.
The mobile central sterilisation for one air-conditioned tent is designed with the inner measurements (LxW) 8.3 x 5.0 m, but can also be integrated in containers or firm buildings.
