Our VARIOKLAV Classic autoclaves are easy to install, use and clean, require little maintenance, and occupy a minimum of floor space.
These robust, cost-effective systems provide 35, 75 or 135 liter chamber capacities and are available with exhaust air filtration for pathogenic waste.

• Media temperature probe for precise control of liquid sterilisation times and temperature
• Tamper-proof thermolock prevents retarded boiling when sterilizing liquids
• Condensate collector for exhaust steam
• Two high-capacity, stainless steel sterilisation baskets

VARIOKLAV Classic autoclaves are delivered ready to start work when you are. Installation is straightforward, because no connection to a feed water supply, tap water nor a waste water connection is required. Simply add demineralized water to the chamber and initiate your program. All phases of the sterilisation process run automatically, allowing safe, unattended operation.

Safe sterilisation of hazardous materials

Our VARIOKLAV Classic 400 FA and 500 FA autoclaves are additionally equipped to provide exhaust-air filtration and condensate sterilisation.

• Both the external atmosphere and exhaust steam collection system are protected from contamination
